Recipe serves 4
Baked Salmon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper
Coat each fish with above ingredients.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Rice Pilaf
- 3 cups of rice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. chicken base or stock
- 1/3 cup red and green peppers
Cook rice per directions on box or until rice is tender.
Add remaining ingredients to rice while it’s still hot.
Stir until well mixed.
Spaghetti Squash
- 3 lbs. of squash
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Saute for five minutes until hot.
Serve. And enjoy!
