As a family-centered organization, we value the lives and safety of our residents and associates. In this spirit, we are continuing to take aggressive measures to minimize the impact of COVID-19 in our senior living communities.
You can find information regarding our COVID-19 Action Plan, FAQ’s and other Resources at this link https://cardon.us/info-center/. You can also catch a glimpse of some of the fun our residents are having while experiencing creative ways to stay in touch with family members.
We have been regularly and transparently sharing information regarding COVID-19 cases with the Indiana Department of Health (IDH) and with our residents, their loved ones and our caregivers. We will be sharing metrics weekly each Tuesday on this webpage.
As always, if there is a change in your loved one’s condition, you will be notified.
