We have been regularly and transparently sharing information regarding COVID-19 cases with the Indiana Department of Health (IDH) and with our residents, their loved ones and our caregivers. We will be sharing metrics weekly each Tuesday on this webpage.
As always, if there is a change in your loved one’s condition, you will be notified.
